From kitchen tables to mortgage tables
Thirty years listening to homeowners taught me how to guide the decisions that matter most.
For more than 30 years I worked in the kitchen cabinetry and home improvement industry — sitting at kitchen tables with homeowners across Vaughan and the GTA, planning renovations, and helping families make some of the biggest investments they'll ever make in their homes.
That work was never really about cabinets. It was about understanding how people actually live in their homes, how they budget, and how they weigh a major decision when the numbers feel overwhelming. I learned to listen first, explain clearly, and never rush someone into a choice they weren't ready for.
After three decades of guiding those conversations, moving into mortgages felt like the most natural step I could take.

Helping people improve their homes and helping them finance and keep those homes turned out to be two sides of the same job. For years I sat with families as they invested in the place they lived — it was a short and honest step to sitting with them as they financed it.
